a week agoIf you’re going to a resort in Playa del Carmen and want a night out with your significant other and feel at peace that your child will be taken care of please use Kangaroo! We used them for two nights and they were great! Cindy and Michelle were on time, professional and very nice. They communicated with me throughout the night and gave me updates. I will definitely be using them again on our next trip to Playa Del Carmen

2 weeks agoWe had two sitters come, Both named Magdalena. They were both lovely women and they helped care for my toddler and my newborn while we were at an Airbnb on the beach. I was nervous about traveling with the babies, especially with all the water around since our toddler does not know how to swim but they were so sweet and attentive. I really felt at ease the whole time. They brought games and toys and even made an Easter egg hunt for my toddler and they rocked and sang with my newborn and even brought him some coconut oil for his dry scalp which really helped. They were kind and attentive and professional, and I would recommend the service overall The only thing that was a little bit difficult was it was hard to make the payments. They wanted to be paid every day and the link that they sent didn’t work (plus had a substantial up charge) This doesn’t reflect at all on the woman who cared for my babies- Just a little bit of logistical hassle. I ended up wiring the full amount for the week.

a month agoJaja babysat our 14 month old two nights and one afternoon while we stayed at the Conrad. Our son Nico not only had the best time, but Jaja made us feel safe and taken care of - checking in frequently and updating us. We would definitely recommend!
