a week agoDo not go to this place. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I bought a package for my back and face. Due to Spanish being my second language and something I’m still learning, I did not realize I couldn’t get sun exposure for a few days before and after. That wasn’t possible for me so I reached out the next day and was told I could not get money back for my back and buy a package only for my face, and to not worry that I would be taken care of. I chose to trust them instead of reaching out to my cc company and just having the transaction cancelled. After 8 sessions on my face, nothing improved, and their version is of taking care of me is allowing me to use my 8 back sessions for my face until it hopefully works, even though the cost of the back is far more than the face. They won’t add extra sessions or give any sort of credit. It’s unfortunate because the women that work there are really great and super kind. As a local guide, this is the first time I’ve come to Google to write a negative review. I would go elsewhere for services because they don’t understand customer service and are very short sighted when it comes to working with you. Not to mention, the services have not worked at all.

4 months agoThe best massages in Tulum! Estefanía has unique hands; they are super thorough and relaxing. She accompanied the moment with music and aroma. I left feeling very relaxed and light. I 100% recommend it. The facial was also beautiful; my skin felt like new, and she was very gentle and soft throughout the procedure.
