a year agoI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL, be careful. I've been waiting for over a week and a half for them to repair my air conditioner. They asked for money upfront and just keep giving me the runaround. They give me an appointment, but it never shows up, and their technicians aren't well-trained. They said some parts were missing. The guy told us which parts, but in the end, it wasn't them. He didn't even know what was needed. They're incredibly unprofessional and don't answer calls. They set an appointment date and then never show up. Why open a business if you're not going to serve your customers? Mr. Jahir is extremely unprofessional. Zero commitment. If he was really busy with work, fine, why not tell the truth, set a date, and show up properly? If they only want to serve large companies, then why do they even advertise themselves as doing the work? TERRIBLE SERVICE. #terribleservice

2 years agoThey were supposed to come at 3 pm, they didn't show up or even let me know. I messaged them, they were supposed to come at 4:15 pm, they didn't show up either. I messaged them again to see what had happened and a bot replied saying they weren't available 🤡
