in the last weekIf I would have the chance to do again this cenote, I wouldn't do it. I went on my own from Playa del Carmen and paid to get there 60 MXP. The ticket I bought it at the vans stop in Playa for 500MXP. There I was offered four cenotes a ceremony and lockers. (I heard from other people that they were offered the same and paid way to more). Once I got there, a van drove me up there as it is around 2 km off- Road. The conditions of the van are not the best for that drive, and I think the drive is not back friendly (see pics). Once I got to the cenote side, we did JUST 3 cenotes and at the end it is just one cenote with different exits. The trip is not well organised. There are around 2 guides leading more than two groups at the same time. Depending on the time you get there, it can be all a rush or you just feel lost. You have to give a deposit of 100 for the lockers, 500 for the Goggles and the rent of shoes is 120. To be honest, at least you are unbelievable sensitive with you feet, I would rent it. But I wouldn't, it is completely fine with the rocks, there aren't shells or so.

in the last weekThey make a killing renting swimming shoes; it's much cheaper to bring your own, plus you can be sure they're new. I got some rashes on my feet after swimming in the cenotes, maybe from an infection in the shoes I rented. The cenotes are amazing!

in the last weekVery cool cenotes. 3 different cenotus in very cool caves. Friendly guides that spoke English well. We really enjoyed this cenote.
