a week agoIt's a good place to have a good time, but the bar service is terrible. We bought drinks, and the cashier didn't give us a receipt. When we went to the side to order, the bartender asked for the receipt, and we told her we'd been asked for it and went back to the register to ask for it (there was another customer there). We told her we'd ordered a few minutes earlier, with the payment receipt from the bank app (it took us 5 minutes to wait for our drinks to be prepared), and she still hadn't given us a receipt. She said she'd just arrived, and I told her the person behind us had served us. She spoke to him, and he said he had given us the receipt. I told him no, and she started angrily saying that she'd served us an hour ago and that we'd already drunk it (5-8 minutes difference). The bartender came over and said he'd never ordered anything, and they started telling each other more lies. When they realized their mistake, they suddenly gave us our drinks and said, "Here they are, why didn't you ask for them?" Overall, the atmosphere is great, as it's not my first time there; it's just the service. It was a bad experience. You approach them politely, and they throw a bunch of lies and a bad temper at you. We preferred to leave. But they're quick to ask for their tip as you're finishing paying, without giving you the option to decline.
