a week agoTerrible service from their staff. I went in to buy refill paper for a notebook and took out my notebook to check the size. Not even 5 minutes had passed when one of the employees accused me of putting items in my bag, claiming that my bag should never have been allowed inside (it was a small tote bag). When I explained that I was measuring the paper size, she accused me of stealing, saying that I had just taken the notebook and that I had put other things in my bag. It wasn't until I showed her my notes and asked her to explain how I could have written them in 3 seconds that she became indignant and tried to play the victim, saying it was her job. Who would have thought that part of their job is to be rude, make accusations without proof, and drive customers away? If I could give them 0 stars, I definitely would.

2 weeks agoTerrible. I went to print a sheet with both sides of my ID (front and back). The girl told me the printing cost 16 pesos in color, and I said that was fine. When she came back, she told me it was 32 pesos because it was two parts of the ID even though it was only one sheet. A rip-off!
