2 weeks agoWhat a terrible experience we had. This place should be shut down. We ordered guacamole, wings, a burger, ribs and a baked potato. Everything was awful. The wings were slimy and and disgusting, the guacamole was dark green, like a two day old preparation and was not edible at all. I sent back the wings because after I tasted them I lost my appetite and they tried to charge me for them. How dare they!!!! Not even an apology or a manager to come talk to us. And by the way after 20 minutes past I sent them back and told them I lost my appetite the server showed up and told me they would make new ones. No one offered and I had already told them I didn't want anything else. When the bill came, of course I asked why I was being charged for something I sent back and barely touched. Something should never be served. Slimy, old and disgusting. The reply I got from the server was shocking: it is in your bill because you ordered it. I asked to speak to a manager and he went back there, no manager came back byt he removed it from the bill. We just paid and left. Please avoid this place. Their health practices are questionable and their owner/ management doesn't care about their paying customers.
