Here is why: I always wanted to do a sweat lodge and the universe sent us to Tulum to book a temazcal with Claudia, an experienced guide with 17 years of experience leading the ceremonies. The energy in the womb was amazing, bringing up connections with spirits of those who have passed for support, forgiveness, and personal strength. We prayed, felt joy and felt sorrow, connecting with our own spirits and renewing.
