But today, January 14, 2026, around 7:00 PM, I visited the branch to exchange dollars, and the attitude, service, and treatment from the cashier on duty were terrible in every way.

2 months agoThe service was awful. Their advisors don't pay attention to you; they're very rude. They tell you things without any resolution or answer. They don't give you options and they don't explain things properly. It seems like they're paid to treat customers badly and curtly. There were three advisors, and they were more interested in talking amongst themselves in their cubicles than in the customer who was waiting in front of them for information. I asked for information about my retirement savings account (Afore), and all they told me was that I had to update my information, at the beginning and end, and to come back in five days to see if they had accepted or denied my update. And that was it; they didn't explain anything. Since they were so engrossed in their conversation, I didn't even want to ask any more questions; I didn't want to interrupt them.

a year agoWhenever I go to exchange dollars, one of the four teller windows is closed and the wait time is long; it can take up to 40 minutes to get in line.
