4 months agoPor este medio deseo expresar mi inconformidad respecto al servicio recibido. Desde hace 15 días he estado tratando de resolver un problema con mi tarjeta de nómina, la cual fue bloqueada y actualmente no me permite realizar ningún movimiento ni disponer de mi dinero. Acudí a la sucursal conforme a las indicaciones que me dieron para actualizar mis datos, sin embargo, a pesar de haber seguido el procedimiento correctamente, nunca se realizó la actualización y posteriormente mi tarjeta fue cancelada. He estado marcando y visitando la sucursal constantemente, pero hasta el momento no he recibido una solución concreta. Entiendo que el personal realiza su trabajo, pero considero que no es razonable que un trámite solicitado por el mismo banco tarde tanto tiempo en resolverse
