2 months agoI've been trying to unlock my "Blocked for inactivity" account for three days. I've been trying to unlock it for three days and no one can help me. They say I need to go to a branch, but I'm out of Mexico. I've already called the support number 10 times in three days. Banamex, in my opinion, is a terrible bank. When I return to Mexico, I will close my account. DO NOT USE BANAMEX!!!!!!! I can't pay my condo maintenance fees because of this problem, and they will fine me $500 every day I'm late paying, starting January 10th.

3 months agoVery bad service, don't come to this bank. The staff serve you based on their own convenience, and if they already know you, they'll let you go ahead without respecting the waiting list.

3 months agoThey greet you very attentively, but ultimately they send you to stand in line at the registers. When it was my turn, the cashier said, "Just a moment," and left, while they served the next person in line at the other register. When the cashier finally returned, she apparently didn't know how to activate the app, and after many attempts, she sent me to another employee, who also couldn't do it. It wasn't until I got home much later that I received a message saying it was activated. I wasted more than an hour at the branch. I think their employees need training.
