The guided tour of the cave was excellent, the staff was very attentive, and the entrance fee includes life jackets, chairs, lounge chairs, and access to the pool. Lockers are not included. Thank you, Fernando, and the cave guide whose name we can't recall.

There is better cenotes out there. Most of the employees here are rude, is hard to find has no exit or entrance sing. Then the my get mad if you go out through entrance. How would I know. They made me go back, there was a car blocking they had to move it. There is no organization what’s so ever. Inside there is tables, hammocks but you just have to fight for them. Apparently if you leave an article in the hammock you can save if, even if you are not around. This is a totally unorganized place!!

Beautiful cenotes, one open-air and one covered! The rest is very basic, poorly laid out, with two bathrooms (men's/women's) without changing rooms, no benches, and very little water available. The pool is ugly. The showers are inadequate and in plain sight. The food is expensive, and there's a lot of trash in plain sight. I wouldn't go back, nor do I recommend it for the reasons I've described.
