a week agoThis was just really weird. My girl got a matcha latte which was good. I got an hot double cortado, which is on the menu as a hot item. Well, I got it cold, I told the guy working here, so he took the coffee and used a microwave to make it hot.. that is a first time for me. It was not even a bad tasting coffee, it is just not how you make coffee in a decent coffee shop.

a week agoThe coffee was cold and was warmed up in the microwave... very unusual. The person serving spoke very softly, almost unintelligible. The matcha was fine. Strange experience.

2 weeks agoI love coming here! It's my favorite coffee shop; it's always very quiet, the service is always friendly and fast, and I like that there are different types of tables to sit at. My favorite coffee is the Honey Bee.

2 months agoI went to this place because of the many good reviews it had, however, my experience was not good. I ordered a hot chocolate, paid with a 100-peso bill, and the drink costs 65 pesos. He didn't have change and told me this a couple of times as if it were something I had to solve. He finally managed to get the 35 pesos he owed me back. I waited for about 15 minutes, and the guy didn't seem to be doing anything. After a while, he started preparing something in a cup, and separately, he wanted to heat the milk for the hot chocolate in the microwave. Then the guy called me over and told me the microwave wasn't working. At that point, I asked for my money back. I've never been to a café that uses a microwave to make a drink. I went around 8 pm. I don't know if the guy serving was new or what, but if so, please take the time to train your staff... and seriously... Microwave???
