When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. 11 months agoWhen I signed up for my insurance, they asked for all my information, but they entered it incorrectly. Then I had to call and wait for an hour. The best solution was to tell me to do it through an app. On top of that, they hung up on me, and I want to cancel due to their terrible service.

2 years agoDon't buy insurance with Axa! The adjusters are shady and don't help you. And if you think only the adjusters are shady, when I spoke with the claims manager for the area, it was even worse! They act maliciously at the time of an accident. They don't respect the policy or their own terms and conditions. Two taxi drivers hit me on separate occasions, and they say that since taxi drivers don't have insurance, they aren't obligated to pay. They contacted me directly from Mexico City, and nothing! They're aware of their negligence and just ignore my messages. But the salespeople tell you everything will be fine, that you'll have peace of mind... and they don't deliver any of that. I've been dealing with this problem for almost a month. I already went to CONDUSEF (the Mexican financial consumer protection agency), but even then they don't try to reach an agreement with me. The CONDUSEF representative told me not to request the termination of my contract with them until they respond, which is approximately two months from now... If you don't believe me, go to their social media and see the bad experiences. They obviously delete the comments (I saw cases where people were even in the hospital), but as long as I keep seeing ads, I'll continue warning people who trust shady and fraudulent companies... Because it's not fair that they practically steal your money and you're left to figure out how to pay for your damages. Fortunately, my damages are only material and the time lost talking to people, trying to negotiate, filing complaints, etc. I thank God that my brother (who was driving the vehicle) didn't suffer any serious health problems. I hope my testimony and that of many other people (see for yourselves) will be helpful.
