in the last weekIt's unbelievable that they haven't answered the phone in two days, even with the extensions they provide. If time is your priority, their WhatsApp is practically useless too. Half a day has passed and they still haven't responded anywhere.

in the last weekVERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I looked for products on the website and it said they were available in store. I went to the branch to look for them and they weren't on display. I asked for help and the manager just kept saying to go to a certain person who would help me. Unfortunately, the employees first told me they didn't have it and then tried to sell me a different product that wasn't what I was looking for. More than 30 minutes passed and they said they would help, but they weren't looking for what I needed. I went back to the manager and she just told me to go back to the person who would help me. I had been there for more than an hour and the person in charge of the aisle finally told me, "We do have one "I'm at the checkout, but the drawer is jammed and it'll take a while to get it down" (it seemed like they were going to give me the product for free). It's truly regrettable that places like this lose customers because they refuse to do their restocking and, especially, customer service. Terrible service. I hope the managers of this company realize how badly they run their stores. It took me over an hour and a half to leave, but I forced them to look for the products I needed. Even though they gave me a hard time afterward, I didn't care anymore.

2 weeks agoThere's no one to help you; you have to play guessing games and approach them to ask. I asked about a product and they didn't know; I had to Google it and check the stockroom to see if it was in stock. It's not just in this area; all the areas seem deserted. The associates show no interest in helping you.
