5 months agoI had never ordered from this bakery since I don't live in Chetumal. But I searched for my mother's birthday because I wanted to give her a gift and I thought the cakes were pretty, I never imagined they were going to give me this scam!!. At first they rushed me to receive the transfer for a cake with a design, I trusted them because I thought they would be impeccable and good at their job. It arrived today the 23rd, I asked her to please send me a photo of the cake to which she responded only yes and when she sends me the photo she sent me this the first photo is how she sent it to me. She told me that the strawberries were falling off and that everything was mixed up. I told her to please fix it and she refused, she even told me that she only sold what I told her I didn't like it, it wasn't even similar to what I ordered. The second photo is of the cake that I wanted at least something similar. I called him and he started yelling at me and telling me it wasn't his problem, that they didn't make replicas, but I didn't want a replica, I just wanted something similar. I politely asked him to exchange it for another one, but he refused and gave me that piece of junk. In the end, I smeared frosting on it and told me they had hired a beginner to make my cake. I just came to tell you to be very careful because besides yelling at me during the call, you gave me junk, all for the price of $400 for a scattered mini cake. I lost 400 pesos and was rude, but you are going to lose more because of your lack of professionalism. I sincerely hope that people realize what kind of scam bakery they are and hopefully they put the employee who helped me in her place.
