a week agoAlthough the service isn't bad, when they returned my dog to my house they forgot his collar. They've told me three times they'll come and deliver it, but they never do. They've lost a customer because of their lack of professionalism.

2 weeks agoWhat a godsend Ka’an has been! After two terrible experiences with other Tulum-based daycares, we stumbled across Ka’an for a last-minute, needed drop for our guy. My first impression was that it hands down beat any daycare we have back in the states. The energy is calm and the staff is so warm. They have a wading pool for cooling off, and a smaller dog area, if needed. We’ve been in the area for a month, and we’ve used Ka’an for daily sitting, overnight stays, and grooming. Intake is incredibly easy, and what a sense of relief in handing over the only ‘child’ we’ll ever have to this incredible group of true caretakers. ❤️

2 weeks agoKaan Pet Hotel is the best! We are so happy we found them for our dog while we were in Tulum. They are so kind, professional, and we could rest easy knowing our dog was well cared for. We used their day care, boarding, and spa services during our 1 month stay. They also caught that our parvo vaccine expired during our stay and arranged for one of the vets to give Benji his vaccine which may have saved his life!! If you have a pet in Tulum we highly recommend using Kaan!
