This place is great! Yes, yo do have to pay $300 MX pesos per person but it includes 2 cenotes, parking, chairs, way better than other places.

The service is TERRIBLE. I'm talking about the reception staff. They don't know how to treat people; they're RUDE and ill-mannered. The entrance fee isn't included in the price, and they charge you for everything, even towels. In response to the comment written here: It's one thing to have rules. And it's another thing entirely that even when I spoke to them politely regarding my request, they were RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! Even though I was eight months pregnant, THEIR STAFF even started MOCKING me, telling me not to beg, and began RECORDING me without my consent. I have evidence, and I'd be happy to share it with you if you haven't been able to check your microphones and video recordings.

We went for beach club and cenote. Very reasonable and enjoyable compared to Tulum strip. The cenote was exceptional surprise. My only issue was the waiter at the end hounding us for a tip. Originally he was going to get 20% but he just kept mentioning over and over for us not to leave with tipping him. It was so annoying he ended getting only 10%. Sorry but he ruined it. We are American do you really think you even need to mention a tip.
