in the last weekIt may be remodeled, but the service is terrible. From the moment I walk in, they give out the wrong numbers. Instead of sending me to a representative, they sent me to the cashier, supposedly redirecting me to a representative. My number never appeared on the screen. I had to go back to the entrance to get another number; they wanted to give me a regular number even though 10 other people had already gone in after me. I had to tell the guy. I'd already been waiting for an hour, and finally, they gave me a priority number, and in the end, an elderly person went in before me. I don't mind that, but that person arrived much, much later than I did. In the end, they weren't able to resolve my problem. Only one representative was actually working because the others, despite being there, weren't attending to customers (some were drinking coffee, others chatting, and others pretending to work). They should really review that branch and how they treat people. Because they tell everyone who's leaving to give them a 10 on their satisfaction survey, when they really don't respect people's time, and the service is awful. I'm giving it one star because a lower rating isn't possible.

2 months agoBad service, you arrive at 3:30 pm and they no longer want to give you an appointment for executives, even though their closing time is 4:00 pm. They should consider that users arrive during the hours and they should provide the service, not invent excuses not to attend to you.

8 months agoI went during the week and everything was great, the place was clean, the staff was friendly and there was no wait time, and the cold air conditioning was appreciated.
