Whatever you do, do not move here without reading this first. I lived in this apartment complex for six months, and honestly, it was one of the worst housing decisions I’ve made. While the property looks beautiful, living here was a nightmare. First, the construction quality is extremely poor. The walls are very thin, and if you live in a downstairs unit—especially near the stairs—do not move here. You hear constant noise: people running up and down the stairs at all hours, loud music, cleaning crews being extremely noisy, and general disturbances that make privacy and sleep almost impossible. There is construction happening almost every single day, for no clear reason, adding to the noise and stress. On top of that, the electricity goes out constantly—sometimes every other day. When I first moved in, the lights were going out almost daily. This is unacceptable for a place marketed as a higher-end complex. The staff and management are a major issue. Employees appear to be friends with the manager, which means there is little accountability and very little actual work getting done. Some areas were never cleaned the entire time I lived there. I contacted the company to express my concerns, but nothing changed, and I ultimately moved out. One particularly disturbing incident involved a woman named Anita, who works at the property and also lives there. She banged aggressively on my door for no valid reason, which escalated into a confrontation that almost turned into a physical altercation. Nothing was done about it, and she continues to work and live there. This made me feel extremely unsafe, especially as a woman living alone. The lack of privacy is severe, especially for women. While using the pool, staff members would stare, watch, and follow me around under the pretense of “working.” On multiple occasions, a maintenance worker followed me wherever I went—pool, rooftop, and common areas—making me extremely uncomfortable. I was clearly uninterested and just wanted to be left alone. The behavior became harassing. After a male friend visited me once, the same maintenance worker’s behavior changed noticeably, as if he were jealous. This was disturbing, unprofessional, and inappropriate. Staff also use resident amenities regularly. I witnessed workers swimming in the pool, sitting around it, and even partying with residents. This discouraged me from using amenities I was paying for. Employees should not occupy resident-only spaces. Noise is another constant issue. Even though there is supposed to be a curfew after 11 p.m., it is rarely enforced, especially when Airbnb guests are present. Parties often happen around the pool instead of the designated party area. If your apartment is near the pool, expect poor sleep. I have stayed awake until 3 a.m. due to lack of enforcement. Security is extremely weak. On multiple occasions, guests were sent directly to my apartment without notifying me or confirming permission. I intentionally tested the security system—it failed every time. This is dangerous. I have video and photo evidence of this. Downstairs apartments also lack sunlight, which can lead to mold and mildew due to heavy tree coverage. Neighbors are intrusive—standing outside doors late at night, looking into private patio areas, and being overly nosy. I had to install curtains just to feel some sense of privacy. If you live next to an Airbnb unit, expect additional noise and rule-breaking. Many short-term guests are unaware of—or ignore—the rules. Despite the size of the complex, occupied units are clustered closely together, making privacy even worse. I expected more space, quiet, and separation, but that was not the reality.
