a month agoIt's almost impossible to talk to a human being. Besides, the calls are very long (30 minutes). And if you fail to press a number correctly, they hang up on you.

4 months agoTerrible. A few days ago I went to print my AFORE account statement, and they couldn't do anything because they didn't have a printer—it was broken! Now I have to go back to see if they'll help me. It's unbelievable that they can't even send someone to buy a simple printer that costs two or three pesos. Meanwhile, people have to wait to see if they've fixed the printer yet.

4 months agoTerrible service, they're useless at explaining things. Five people supposedly came to handle a password change for the app and they didn't solve anything. Ridiculous wait times. You're better off using Nu.

5 months agoDesperate service, more than an hour waiting and being a cardholder, I can't imagine what awaits those who go without being clients, at the branch on the malecón, Tulum Ave., a very rude banker lady (her badge was covered), I asked her something and she told me to wait my turn, another client arrived and she also applied the same thing to him, I spent 45 minutes and no one moved forward, at the end of an hour I left without resolving anything regarding my matter, I don't know what they do or don't do, they seem busy but not productive, a shame of the service. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
