2 months agoWhat a lack of respect for people's time... a two-hour wait, the system doesn't recognize my phone number, I've been a customer for 20 years and humans can't fix it so my turn comes up? Two hours and a trip from Isla Mujeres... there's no respect for the customer.

a year agoThis bank is awful. It took two hours to deliver a card that had already arrived at the branch as a replacement, and the worst part is that they don't even let you use mobile banking at the branch.

a year agoThis bank, which shouldn't exist, requires you to neatly arrange your bills if you want to make a deposit, otherwise you can't. This was stated by the ignorant cashier, Brenda Sanchez, at teller window 1. The manager, Oscar, said he couldn't reprimand her but would speak with her. However, we, as customers, are indeed obligated to neatly arrange our bills. It's deplorable that staff members treat customers this way, as it's their job. I don't even want to think about what happens if you deposit coins... I hope this complaint reaches the bank's directors.
