2 weeks agoGot scammed for almost $400 on the beach. The location itself was very lackluster. Very expensive right from the start, the zip line was pretty small. The horses were very nice but the trail was a short walking trail. The quads were very old and abused the tire on mine was all wobbly and the steering column was very loose. The quad trail was a short dusty trail at jogging speed so not really an overly fun ride if u have ever done any riding before in any capacity. The cenote swim at the end was probably the best part of the experience and I did not enter the chilly water but the rest of my party did. There were also hammocks by the cenote where you could relax and hang out. They did not allow you to bring your phone but took photos for you wanting to charge a crazy amount. There lunch was good but quite a small amount not enough to fill up me or my wife and I am 160lbs for reference. They also push tips very hard at the end, going so far as to come up to our table with a box and make a big scene. All in all it cost us around $850 dollars canadian and they were still wanting more i would not recommend and would not go back. Saying that the staff were awesome it just seemed like the organizers and management know how to gouge a tourists, quite a shame.
