in the last weekLe pondre 3 estrellas 💫 por q desgraciadamente tuvo muchos detalles, fuimos 25 personas de mi familia. Los cuales como punto malo q las habitaciones las entregaron hasta después de las 5 pm el cual estuvimos en el parque acuánick y si se nos olvidaba algo había q ir hasta la recepción. Los camiones que nos movían tardaban mucho varias ocasiones nos tocó esperar hasta 20 a 30 mnts en q pasara alguno. Lo malo q si estaba muy lejos ya de las habitaciones hacia el acuánick por ejemplo. Otro punto en el área de habitaciones, no hay restaurante para desayunar. Teníamos q ir hasta el Lobby. Éramos varias habitaciones y de las q nos hicieron limpieza, no nos rellenaron el refrigerador. Tuve q hablar a recepción en el cual se tardaron en llevarme los alimentos por q no había mucho personal. En una de las habitaciones de mi familia no le hicieron ni si quiera la limpieza. Los alimentos de el acuanick sin mucho sabor :( y no había mucha variedad de alimentos. En área de niños del restaurante solo había papas a las francesa y Nuggets. La verdad que para lo que se paga por hospedarse en ese hotel 🏨 queda mucho a deber :( . Ojalá mejoren esos detalles, por q en hoteles súper mucho más baratos hay mejor atención en eso, sin duda alguna. Los restaurantes de la noche de las habitaciones si estaba muy rico todo ahí y ahí la atencion si fue buena. Tambien el restaurante de las pizzas de las tortugas ninja. Y la temática de las habítaciones.
