5 months agoI'm happy with the service at this place. They custom-made my wedding dress and suit for my fiancée for a fair and reasonable price. The tailor is friendly, his experience is evident, and he takes the time to answer all my questions, even though he's a busy person. The lady who greeted me with information and followed up via text was also very kind. We're confident we chose the right place, and I'm sure the result will be better than expected! 8 months agoTrabajo MEDIOCRE ! Caro caro caro carísimo caro una Experiencia totalmente decepcionante. con precios excesivamente altos para un resultado que deja mucho que desear. Llevé dos faldas únicamente para que les colocaran un botón a cada una y que ajustaran el largo para que NO tocaran el piso. Eso fue todo lo que pedí. La primera vez que fui a retirarlas, ni siquiera tocaron el largo. Solo colocaron el botón y se olvidaron del ajuste principal, haciéndome perder el tiempo completamente. Volví una segunda vez para recogerlas —ahora supuestamente ya ajustadas— y, al usarlas, noté que seguían arrastrándose en el piso, a pesar de haber solicitado explícitamente que eso no ocurriera. Lo peor de todo: tuvieron el descaro de decir que no era su culpa y que si quería que lo corrigieran debía volver a pagar. En resumen: caro, irresponsable y sin profesionalismo. I absolutely do not recommend it. Seeing the comments, I realize it wasn't an isolated incident, which is why they have such a bad reputation. It's my fault for not reading the reviews before leaving my clothes. Read the comments and judge for yourselves.
