in the last weekI received a terrible haircut. I had shown photos of the style and haircut. It was nothing as such and terrible. Perhaps I got an inexperienced barber as they had a language barrier and could not understand etc. But regardless of that. The manager spoke to me and had me speak with their “senior barber” who was apologetic and himself was saying it was terrible based on what was asked vs received. They offered me a refund or an opportunity to fix the haircut. I allowed them the opportunity to fix it. They asked to wait 5 days for the hair to grow back which is reasonable. I was quite pleased at their response to fix things, despite the terrible initial experience. But then they did not follow through on what they said and just ignored me. I believe it had to do with the fact that they think it’s a foreigner so who cares. Ultimately that is a bad mentality to have and I hope the management and especially the owner sees this. I hate having to write a review like this. Ultimately I understood a bad experience and language barrier. It’s the false promise which didn’t have to be offered they they selves offered it and then not following through in an attempt that it is just simply forgotten by the customer. Will you get a good haircut? Most probably. I’m aware there is many good barbers. In the rarer cases you do not, inexperienced or learning barbers or bad experience just know that the management and ownership do not seem to care. Expected much more. Completely disappointing experience and I’m mainly disappointed in management and ownership.

in the last weekTerrible. I went with my boyfriend and he showed them a picture of how he wanted his haircut, but they didn't do anything like it. They cut off too much and it was all messed up. I don't recommend them at all. Besides, it took MORE THAN AN HOUR and we only asked for the haircut itself, nothing extra. A garbage service.
