Arturo took the time to work with me, build my confidence, and guide me every step of the way—and because of him, I successfully completed two dives without any issues. That was a huge personal win and something I’ll never forget. The entire team was professional, supportive, and made safety feel like a top priority while still keeping the experience fun and memorable. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced diver, I can’t recommend Solo Buceo enough. We’re so glad we chose them for our family diving experience in Cancun—it couldn’t have gone better!

2 weeks agoLewis was an amazing teacher. We enjoyed our first trip so much that we booked a second trip during our stay. We saw many fish, lobster, crab, eel, an octopus and a ray! We were happy with the preparation in the pool before heading out for the dives. Lewis made us comfortable working through equalizing our ears on the way down and did frequent check ins during the dives to make sure we weren’t having any issues.

a month agoThis was our first diving experience, and it could not have gone better. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. Lewis is truly an exceptional instructor. Professional, calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. During the dive, my wife felt a little scared after going down at first, which is completely natural for beginners. But Lewis stayed right by her side the entire time. He literally held her hand, reassured her, and patiently guided her through every step until she felt comfortable again. That level of care and support meant everything to us. Because of him, what could have been a fearful moment turned into one of the most unforgettable, beautiful experiences of our lives. He didn’t just teach us how to dive — he gave us lifelong memories. Even the training session in the swimming pool was thorough, clear, and confidence-building. We felt fully prepared before entering the open water. If you are considering diving for the first time, do it — and ask for Lewis. You will be in the best hands possible. We highly, highly recommend this experience to everyone

a month agoWe had an amazing experience with Solo Buceo. Had some issues with the wind and the port but great communication to get diving when we could. We also had a tough group of 4 kids (12 and under) to be certified and the instructors Luis, Arturo and Boris worked well with the kids and successfully got all 4 down and completed! No worries booking here and we would be glad to again!!
