a month agoIt was a real shame, we went to this coffee shop on the recommendation of someone who told us the coffee was very good, which is true. What was unusual was that they heated the bread in the microwave, as it usually makes it soggy. Fortunately, it was good. The disappointing part was the service. It started off well; the waitress was friendly, but after about thirty minutes, we realized we were the only ones there who hadn't been attended to or followed up on. Neither the barista (who went to other tables to pick up dead customers) nor the waitress, who sat behind us with no opportunity to ask if we needed anything else, seemed to notice us. It's worth noting that we were never rude or disrespectful to the staff. I'm making this complaint because if you go to a coffee shop where you pride yourself on the quality you offer, then that should be reflected in every moment of service. In the end, we were forced to get up and pay at the register even though we still had food on the table. It's sad to see this kind of behavior in establishments with such good reviews; it says a lot about the people who work there.
