in the last weekHere’s an honest take on Ziggys. I’m torn. Pros: beautiful location that is great for a relaxing meal after visiting the ruins. Organized staff and clear communication on the beach club vs dining options. Beach club minimum is $55usd per person. We chose dining with a fantastic view. Cons: the meal is expensive for what it is. $11usd bottle of water for the table, for example. Service was ok but slow. We didn’t visit other options in Tulum so I’m not sure what to compare to. Also, beach is not really swimmable with the sargasm. Not the restaurants fault as it was being cleared but good for you to know beforehand.

in the last weekWe had such a fantastic experience at this place! We stayed for 5 days visiting from Chicago,and enjoyed breakfast and lunch here every day. The staff is amazing—Marco, the floor manager, was always available and went out of his way to accommodate us. Mario was also wonderful and very attentive. We will definitely be back next time.
