in the last weekMy entire family did not feel welcomed. The host lady there didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She never came to take our orders for meals or drinks, unlike they said they would initially, until we went up to the bar to order ourselves. Drinks are watered down, food was decent, nothing special. Some of my family members chose not to eat because they didn’t feel comfortable with the service provided. I regretted choosing this place and paying for the full deluxe package for my family with high expectations. Maybe she just wasn’t having a good day. But they also need to understand people are visiting their place to spend valuable vacation time. The beach itself is beautiful but very small. Lounge chairs are all worn out but wasn’t an issue to me. Oh BTW, their so-called contracted free cab transfer is a joke. It does not exist and it caused my family to walk back and forth between the port and cab stops, being refused by multiple drivers who had never heard of the contract. They reimbursed the cab fee later, no apologies or anything. Not a pleasant experience. Not recommending this place.
