A huge thank you to Carlos, our amazing diving instructor, whose professionalism, patience, and passion made the entire experience unforgettable. From the very beginning, we felt completely safe and well taken care of. The whole team at The Dive Machine were fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly very experienced. Everything was so well organised: great equipment, thorough safety briefings, and a real focus on making sure everyone — whether licensed or trying diving for the first time — felt comfortable and confident. The dives themselves were breathtaking, and it was clear the team genuinely cares about preserving the natural beauty of the reefs and promoting responsible, eco-friendly tourism. We were also really impressed with the thoughtful extras — warm hospitality, refreshing drinks, and a lovely snack/lunch provided, which made the whole day even more enjoyable. The optional photo package was a great touch too, capturing some unforgettable moments underwater. All of this at a very reasonable price makes it even better. If you're in Playa del Carmen and thinking about diving, we can’t recommend this experience highly enough. Safe, fun, and truly memorable from start to finish!

a week agoThe team did a great job in preparing and executing the 6 dives I did with The Dive Machine. The team was super responsive via WhatsApp and the divemasters were all very knowledgeable and professional. All equipment was in great shape, they also provided extra gear for the colder Cenote dives. The dives were all excellently explained and guided, with no more than 4 divers per divemaster (and I got lucky to see some bull sharks towards the end of the season, the cherry on top!) Thank you Paulina, Carlos, Ricardo and crew for a great time!
