a year agoPerhaps if you handle everything in person, the service will be good. In my case, being from out of town and only coming to the city for graduation, I was recommended to rent the cap and gown from them. However, everything seemed fine at first, but after making the payment, there was zero communication from them. They never confirmed receipt of the payment, even though I provided proof of payment via WhatsApp and email. Furthermore, their instructions were to wait for them to contact me for pickup, which they never did, and they didn't respond to WhatsApp messages that same day. When I called, they only apologized because the caller "forgot" to notify me. The whole experience was terrible. I wouldn't be a customer again, but from what I understand, some people did receive good service. It's up to each individual to decide.
