a month agoI'm giving this rating mainly because they overlooked some details that, frankly, I felt showed a lack of attention to detail that even a professional cleaner couldn't possibly provide. However, I have no complaints about their punctuality, attention to detail, or home service. But their shortcomings were very noticeable, so much so that some of them could be fixed with a damp cloth. I also noticed that they don't pay much attention to the edges where dirt accumulates and is difficult to clean or reach. This is precisely why people like me hire specialized teams who are supposed to be very aware of this aspect. The overall cleaning is just okay; it looks nice, but I think they should improve in those hard-to-reach areas, which is the exact reason why people hire their services!

2 months agoHighly recommended. The service was quick and well done, and the price is reasonable considering the size of the items. They cleaned a mattress and an L-shaped sofa, including cushions, in just one hour, and they came out looking fantastic. I definitely recommend them. Once dry, they looked even better than in the photos, and they dried quickly.

2 months agoI requested a cleaning service for my car's upholstery 🚗. The guy left them spotless, very friendly and helpful. However, the agency where I arranged the service was terrible; they didn't send me the order number or location.

2 months agoTerrible service. They called me to confirm the time, then changed it again the same day, and finally told me they couldn't make it. They canceled! If I hadn't texted them, I would have been left waiting. Awful service.
