9 months agoWe rented two bicycles. Booking through the website was straightforward and easy. Everything was well-organized on-site, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, we had to leave an ID as a deposit, which surprised us a bit as this hadn't been mentioned beforehand. Unfortunately, the bicycles weren't in the best condition and needed servicing. We also contacted WhatsApp support beforehand but unfortunately never received a response. Overall, though, the service was good.

2 years agoStaff were super helpful and it’s a great deal to hire the bikes. But some of the bike fleet is in need of service. We hired twice, one time had an issue with a bike squeaking the whole time, another time the breaks were super squeaky and the seat kept sliding down. Not a problem if you’re just doing a casual cycle around, but could easily be fixed with a bit of maintenance.
