6 months agoA terrible experience at the RISO Medical Clinic in Cancun. From the first consultation with the gynecologist, the treatment was cold, lacking empathy and any human touch. She explained nothing about the pregnancy or the medications, and we had to ask at reception how long the treatment should last. The second consultation was even worse: the doctor who saw us didn't even examine the patient or take vital signs; she just spoke in an alarmist manner, mentioning an unfounded aneurysm. The most serious and completely unacceptable thing was that she showed us clinical studies and intimate images of another patient, which is a grave violation of medical confidentiality. At all times, we felt that the priority was charging for more tests and consultations, not providing ethical or professional care. It's deplorable that in such a delicate situation as pregnancy, the treatment is so inhumane and risky to one's health. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic.
