3 weeks agoThey repeatably tried to rip us off, and unfortunately, partially succeeded. The waiter, acting as if he were our best friend, carried out his little pathetic scams, pretending to have made a mistake when we realized it. First, he added USD 10 to the price of the food, then the same amount to the agreed-upon tip. Finally, taking our credit card with him, who knows where, he added another USD 15 by playing with the exchange rate. A word of advice, dear waiter who claimed to love his job: learn to do it honestly and without ripping people off. I would never return here, nor would I recommend it. Edit in response to the "manager": I'm not so sure it's just one waiter's problem, because the money STOLEN with the credit card scam goes directly to the management. Reading other reviews, it seems ripping people off is a rather common occurrence at your place.

a month agoThe menu price is a bit high for the quality. They also include a 20% gratuity on the bill. We booked a snorkeling tour and they promised to take and send photos via WhatsApp that same day, but they never arrived despite our repeated requests.
