a week agoUnfortunately, this was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. The salon is extremely overpriced, and the quality of the work does not match the cost at all. I went in for a root color service, and the application was poorly done, uneven, and badly blended. The final result looked patchy and unprofessional. I was honestly shocked when I saw the final price given the low quality of the work. If you’re charging luxury prices, the service and results should reflect that — and this absolutely did not. I regret spending my money here and would not return or recommend this place.

2 weeks agoA wonderful experience with Jorge. The salon is very nice with excellent products and services. Just a short distance from the Royal Cancun and definitely worth the ride. I will be coming back on my next visit to Cancun. I highly recommend Luxe salon.
