2 weeks agoI was taking a vinyasa class with Anto today and enjoyed it so much. It was a great flow from start to finish and she was very skilled, offering always different versions for different levels. One of the highlights was also the little head and neck massage in the end. I also loved the aesthetics of the studio. I highly recommend it 🫶🏼🦋.

2 weeks agoI moved to Tulum about six months ago and have tried quite a few yoga studios since being here, but this one is by far my favorite. There’s something really special about the energy—every class feels intentional, grounding, and genuinely transformational. The instructors are incredible: thoughtful, skilled, and deeply present. You can tell they truly care about the experience they’re creating, and it shows in every class. Whether I’m coming in needing to reset, move, or just breathe, I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. If you’re in Tulum and looking for a studio that goes beyond just a workout, this is the place.

3 weeks agoI cannot tell you the profound impact Lokah has had on my four months here in Tulum. As someone that’s fairly new into practicing yoga, I felt so supported in every class but also challenged! And because of this I’m going home with more confidence, more understanding and more curiosity. It’s also one of the nicest studios aesthetically and the teachers are amazing, there really is something for everyone and all levels. I’ll really miss Lokah being in my weekly routine, you just can’t duplicate the feeling you get within this studio. You’ll be silly not to give it a go.

4 weeks agoI’ve been in Tulum for a month and been taking classes multiple days a week at Lokah. It’s a beautiful studio with great lighting, equipment and energy. The owner Tonni is a very sweet person who just loves her life so that feels infectious to be around. My favorite teachers are Nath and Daniela. Naths classes are everything I want - lots of circles and watery movements to release tightness and Daniela has a still, quiet meditation voice that could bring you to tears.
