a week agoI went to get my nails done, but after 3 days the design was peeling off, and I had to go back to use the guarantee. They had to repair all of them because they were lifting at the cuticle (not all of them, but most). It's worth noting that they didn't remove them; they just sealed them, but not with acrylic, with rubber. Another 2 or 3 days passed, and one nail had lifted and peeled off throughout the day. Obviously, I told them, and when I went back a second time to have that nail redo, I had to wait an hour and a half to be seen. To top it off, the girl who did it had a really bad attitude, all for one nail! Obviously, I told them I didn't mind paying again for that nail, but I wanted it done right since I had a date. BUT the next day, another one started peeling. I don't know if it was the technique, or if they sealed them badly, or if the girl was new to it, but honestly, I'm never going back there. I paid a fortune! Expensive for them to fall out in less than a week

a month agoOne star because at least they did the job. But the service was terrible. I came here with my friend to get her hair done. We asked about the prices for their other services, and they pressured my friend into paying for makeup that she only wanted to know the price of. They told her she had to pay a 250-peso deposit, and in the end, they charged her 1200 pesos. Just for a hairstyle and makeup that she didn't even ask for. Very bad. This is no way to treat customers. They just steal from and pressure you.
