in the last weekThis was a very odd experience. To start, phenomenal. The young lady was so helpful and explained everything so well. Asked about the "Happy Hour" drinks and she said yes, all day on the special ones. Great... got the food, was now a young man in a red T shirt. He seemed more abrupt. We were never offered our 2nd drink of 2 x 1. Then he started cleaning off stuff like he couldn't get us out of there fast enough. He then told us he would give us our last 2 drinks in go cups and bring the bill... I guess that was our cue to get the hell out!. Then, imagine my surprise when we were charged for all 4 drinks. I asked, and his answer as he walked away we as it doesnt work like that. So... happy hour is you get 2 drinks for full price for the price of 2 drinks...Great deal!. Then, we pay CC. He asks how much tip never giving me machine . I was flustered at that point so just said 15 so we could get out of there. Ok, punches it in and walks away... so no restaurant copy, no CC copy.... just see ya! What a great example of how to wait tables. I thought that was the mexico of 10 plus years ago not now. we have eaten 8 meals this trip and everyone staff and food wise has been great. This guy was not. Beware of a tip scam and a drink scam. We will not be back. too bad cause the lady was outstanding. I think I will dispute my CC charges when we return home and see how he likes that. This is not the PM we have seen this week. Maybe if you go, clarify the Happy hour first, and insist on getting both copies.
