a year agoI had a very disappointing experience with this company. I contacted them to fix a problem with the pump, the day I called them they cancelled because they did not have the ladder to do the job. They arrived the next day very late and again without the ladder. They told me they were still going to do the job because they were in three and one of them knew how to get on the roof without the ladder. They installed the electro level and fixed the pump problem, they charged us $1600 MXN. After a week when we woke up we realized that we had run out of water, it was a Sunday; knowing that they work 7 days a week (so they promote themselves on the page) we contacted them via WhatsApp and by phone, they never answered. As we could not stay without water, we had to urgently contact another plumber, who when he came and opened the tank showed us that the electro level that had been installed 10 days ago was broken, had a crack and water got in. We had to spend $800 again. When they finally got back to me the next day, the first thing they did was to say that they could come after three days, to which I told him that I had to contact another plumber and that we realized that the electro level was broken. They justified themselves by saying that they always show the materials they are going to install, which they had not done with us. Most likely the person who installed the electro level as he did not have the ladder, jumped and broke it. I contacted the owner, who accepted that it was their mistake and asked me to send him the receipt for the expense. I sent it to him and never heard back. A company that does not respond for bad work is no reliable.
