The staff is extremely rude and uninformed. We wanted to take an earlier bus because we landed a bit early. Exchanging tickets has always been no problem before. We were directed to three different places before being told the next bus was full, even though we were standing right in front of it and there were plenty of seats available. You're treated rudely and feel completely ripped off.

Everyone was incredibly rude... from the cashier to the driver. The vehicles were in terrible condition and full of cockroaches. It's a good option for getting from the airport to Playa del Carmen.

The service is good, but insufficient. You have to queue to board for up to an hour or more. The supervisor of the ADO buses (white buses with the red airplane logo) doesn't allow standing passengers to board, even if there's a line of more than 150 people waiting to be served.

Excellent service, very punctual schedules, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended because it's a great service and not expensive.

The service is terrible. At every booth you go to, they treat you rudely, even for mistakes they make themselves. A man was sold the wrong ticket, and when he tried to correct it at another booth, the woman there told him, "I don't know, have them exchange it where you bought it, not with me," with a horrible attitude. The bus was about to leave, and he bought the ticket at a different booth far away because, of course, they don't let you into the boarding area unless you already have an ADO ticket. The prices are illogical. It's cheaper to go to Cancún and then to Playa del Carmen than to take a bus directly to Playa del Carmen, and it's the only transportation service available. The other option is taxis, but because they're private, they're expensive. It's a monopoly; there are no alternatives.
