in the last weekWe spent two days enjoying the My Paradise beach club in Puerto Morelos. When we visited, it was a minimum food/beverage spend of 500 pesos for two beach chairs and an umbrella for the day When we showed up we immediately noticed that the vibes are quieter than the clubs closer to the center of town (less bumping music, less people in general) and that the service was MUCH better. Melanie took such wonderful care of us- she learned our names, would check in frequently, and was so friendly!! She saw us out for dinner the first night and waved and remembered us the next day at the beach too. This is the kind of service that stands out. Joanna and Ruth were great as well. Apologies to Melanie for not saying goodbye before we left PM!! We wish you the best :)

in the last weekMelanie is a real gem. Loved the service and kindness of the staff. If you want to spend the day by the beach with good food and cocktails, this is the spot!

a week agoMy experience at this beach club wasn't entirely pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the staff's lack of attention was very evident; we constantly had to ask for things more than once before they were served, which is quite inconvenient when you're hoping to relax. There were three of us, and even then, the staff was unhelpful in helping us find lounge chairs together. They didn't offer us any alternatives or options, even if it meant an additional cost, which leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service. As for the food, it's relatively good, without being anything extraordinary. However, the poor service ends up overshadowing any positive aspects of the place. Overall, I wouldn't return, mainly because of the poor service.

2 weeks agoThis is the chillest club in Puerto Morelos! This unassuming boutique club serves up some of the best food on the beach. Said my daughter, "Best burger I've had the whole time here, maybe the best burger I've had anywhere in a long time." And my wife dreamed of Paradise's Mai Tai after trying others. Melanie was attentive in the best sort of way repeating, "No worry, no hurry" And we felt she genuinely meant it - wanting us to relax and enjoy our stay without rush. If you are looking for upscale - in image, price and menu - this is not the place for you. If you want to kick back and enjoy the beaches and the day in PM, this is the spot!
