a week agoGood service, friendly staff. I wouldn't describe it as the best, but it does the job, and that's what matters.

4 weeks agoThis place doesn't deserve a single star. It's a complete rip-off. The prices aren't displayed, which is already suspicious enough. Plus, they don't accept cards; honestly, I don't understand what business these days doesn't accept this payment method. I went there just to have three pairs of pants hemmed. I tried them on to check the length, and when they told me the total was $1,020 pesos ($340 per pair!), I really couldn't believe it. Obviously, I decided against it because the amount is ridiculous, and they rudely returned the pants to me. Then I went to Mayalav Dry Cleaners, and they hemmed the three pairs for a total of $312 pesos. The difference is staggering! What a way to take advantage of people. Of course, I'll never try to go back.

3 months agoOne star, because I can't give it zero, hahaha. She got really angry because I was trying to explain my cut to avoid overcharging. She rushed me and said she didn't want me to tell her anything more than the height. She had a terrible attitude. They were charging me 350 pesos for a hem, which seemed like a good price. I just asked if there was a guarantee because the hem on my pants was a Spanish style and I wanted it the same. She said no, that they have 10 years of experience and if I was unsure, it was better that way. Very bad customer service. In fact, when I left, I went to Suburbia, and they repaired it the same day. It turned out really nice. They were patient and listened to me, and they only charged me 90 pesos. I was super happy.
