in the last weekRoom was super clean and nice. I had no complaints on that. Take this warning seriously, it is loud!! I read reviews about the noise and I assumed it was just an older crowd complaining about hearing some faint background noise. IT IS NOT! In most rooms it gets so loud at night up until 3 am, and as someone who is used to noise, it was very hard for me to fall asleep. Other than that we had a lovely experience. It would be worth it for people who plan on being out and partying until the clubs close, but if you are looking to relax. Do not book

a week agoOverall, a mixed experience. Positive points: The bedding was adequate, we slept well, and the room was nice, no complaints there. Negative points: Major problem with the shower: no showerhead… so either you get your hair wet every time, or you have to contort yourself, which is frankly inconvenient. The smell in the bathroom was truly awful, very unpleasant on a daily basis. No chair in the room, and only one on the terrace for two people… result: always someone sitting on the ground And no solution offered by the hotel despite our request. The pool area is cute, but the water wasn't very clean (branches and debris falling in). It really needs to be cleaned several times a day given the problem. Finally, you definitely shouldn't be sensitive to noise: the music almost never stops, but that's to be expected since you're right on the main street. In short, it has good potential but several points need serious improvement.

a week agoTerrible service, the staff's treatment was appalling. They refused to give us a key even though we had paid for two nights. They made slanderous accusations against us without proof and without even being on the premises for 24 hours. They treated us terribly. The staff refused to provide any solutions or contact management. It's the worst hotel we've ever visited in Mexico. Don't even think about it; don't waste your money. There are much better places at much better prices that actually value paying customers. Not at this hotel. Even if you're paying, they treat you like you're begging for charity or something for free. So don't go; you won't lose your peace, your tranquility, or your privacy. ZERO RECOMMENDATION

a week agoTerrible stay. The staff had little tact and respect. They accused me of smoking marijuana even though I wasn't even at the hotel. They claimed the parking lot smelled like marijuana and that it was my fault, even though I wasn't even at the hotel for 24 hours. When I arrived the next day and paid for an extra day, they treated me terribly. I asked to speak with the manager, and they refused several times, saying I couldn't contact him. They said my card had a problem with the contacts, so I asked for the account number to transfer the money, and they refused. A terrible experience for a 4-star hotel. They wouldn't give me my room key, even though I had already paid. The receptionist told me he had to come up and open it for me as many times as necessary. It was incredibly uncomfortable because I had no privacy. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. YOU PAY A LOT AND YOU GET NEITHER RESPECT NOR PRIVACY, NOR ANYTHING ELSE. For that price, there are better hotels. I paid for two days and it was incredibly uncomfortable. I really wasted my money because I felt so bad that I left the hotel at 2 a.m. because I couldn't rest or sleep well. So I went to another hotel.

a week agoIt doesn't offer parking; only small cars are allowed at a cost of 250 pesos per night, and only if there's availability. The place looks very nice and the service is friendly, but the facilities are in very poor condition and the bathroom smells like sewage all day long.
