a week agoMy wife and I have used North American Standards Property Management (NASplaya) to manage our condo in PDC, Playacar Phase II for the last couple of years. They are very professional. They are always responsive. Our concierge Luis is particularly our favorite but the whole team does a great job. Highly recommended. 2 months agoThe Marila Resort in Playa del Carmen exceeded all our expectations in every possible way. From the very first moment, the atmosphere felt calm, stylish, and welcoming — a rare combination, especially at this price point. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with tasteful design and extremely comfortable beds, perfect for relaxing after a full day at the beach or exploring the city. The air conditioning is quiet and efficient, which is a huge plus in the Playa del Carmen heat. The hotel’s location is excellent: close to the beach and the vibrant Fifth Avenue, yet situated in a quieter area, allowing for peaceful rest. Restaurants, shops, bars, and attractions are all just a short walk away. The staff truly deserves special mention — friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They were always happy to assist with recommendations, transportation, and any requests, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Overall, the Marila Resort is a perfect choice in Playa del Carmen, whether for a romantic getaway, a trip with friends, or a longer stay. Outstanding value for money, elegant surroundings, and exceptional service — we would definitely return!

2 months agoGreat place to stay! The apartment is in a really nice location, walking distance to the beach and close to Quinta Avenida. Everything is within walking distance — restaurants, shops, and places to hang out. A few places to eat and a small supermarket across the street, very convenient. The place is spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool is really nice. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

3 months agoWe stayed in an apartment on 42nd and 5th, and it was truly a dream. Everything was perfect: clean, excellent service, facilities, and location. I would choose it again and, of course, recommend it! Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable.
