a week agoAfter confirming my reservation via WhatsApp, I arrived at the parking lot at 4:00 AM and it was closed. I messaged them and they told me they were full and had no reservation under my name. I sent them a screenshot of the conversation from the previous day on the same chat, and they just ignored me. And not only that, I had also confirmed at the window the day before, since I was arriving from a trip after leaving my car with them for 21 days. Double confirmation, via WhatsApp and at the window. Needless to say, it was incredibly stressful trying to find parking or alternatives at 4:00 AM!
