10 months agoTerrible service. Incompetent and rude employees. My husband lost his cell phone and they tried to force him to sign up for a rental plan to get it back. We filed a report by phone and they gave us a reference number to retrieve the SIM card. We went back to the branch, they wasted my time, but reluctantly processed the request and even then they said they'd give it back to me the next day. Awful service. I don't recommend it.

11 months agoThey switched me to a different plan. When they made the change, they told me I could go starting Saturday. I went, and they told me they couldn't do anything until Monday. Then on Sunday, I got a message saying I could go. They haven't resolved anything.
