My review is for the company, not this specific store. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Don’t buy an eSIM from Telcel website, go buy a physical SIM card in person. I recently purchased an eSIM from Telcel’s website, but it won’t activate or work. I’ve been to the store twice, and it’s been almost two weeks since I bought it online, yet it’s still not working. I wish I had opted for the physical SIM card method. The first agent told me to wait three days for a text confirming activation. Six days passed, and nothing happened. I returned to the store, and a friendly agent tried to help me escalate the issue with Telcel. She assured me it would work the next day, Monday. However, Monday arrived and still didn’t work. Nothing registered or activated. I’ve spent 300 MXN and am now trying to get a refund or at least have it work for the rest of my stay. It’s been a very frustrating experience. I did receive a refund from Telcel after two weeks of dispute emails with their support team.

Very slow service. 12 windows, 7 people, only 2 working. It's sad to have such a big store and have to wait 50 minutes to get an eSIM.

Do not buy a sim card with telcel if you are a tourist. We bought ours on the 11 of February and more than a week later it still doesn’t work and they keep saying that it is longer for tourists to get the activation. We just lost 330 pesos each.

Terrible service, huge crowds and only two people working. We waited an hour for our turn only to have them skip it. And then we had to wait even longer to be served. Go to any other branch a thousand times over.
