a month agoTerrible service. They didn't fix the problem, and the charge was high. I can't put a price on their work, but since they didn't solve the problem they were hired for, they're not worth hiring. They also advertise nonexistent guarantees, as they don't answer WhatsApp messages or calls. And to top it all off, the technician arrived drunk and didn't do a good job.

2 months agoThey're simply thieves… They charged me 12,000 pesos to "repair" an air conditioner, and it stopped working less than a week later. I contacted them to find out what happened because they supposedly gave me a one-year warranty, but they never showed up. I called and called, and when I finally got through to the guy (on other phones because he wasn't answering mine), he'd tell me they were coming the next day, and that never happened. They stood me up a thousand times. Please don't fall for it; it's a scam. They don't fix anything and just take your money. On top of everything, they're cowards because they won't face the consequences. I don't know if this will reach anyone so I can get my money back.

3 months agoI specifically requested a drain cleaning service with a tanker truck; they asked for a 50% deposit. When they arrived to do the service, they only brought a pump and pipes to remove the water, something we could easily have done ourselves. After arguing that it wasn't what we had requested, they left saying they would come back the next day with the tanker truck. They didn't. Fortunately, we were able to remove the water ourselves, but they haven't cleaned the drain, and now they aren't answering messages or calls. A complete scam.
